So anyways this post tackled the issue of 2 inputs from a front and rear license plate camera but only one head unit input.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
The magic of Amazon, some work/hobby wiring skillz and we got this
Drill a hole right through your dash with reckless abandon and boom. Inputs on a toggle.
Also, zero noise which I’m super pleased with. If anyone needs Amazon links to parts let me know.

Front & Rear cameras? Honestly, I hate backup cameras but now that I’ve come to accept them I find myself often wishing I had a front camera.

Got tired of parking 6 feet back from the car in front of me because my hood is so tall and I couldn't gauge how far back I was. It'll come in handy.

I agree. I have the same issue with our Terrain,

Did you use a backup camera on the front? or Did you find a proper forward facing camera?

The exact same camera as the back. I may put some laminate over the lens to protect it but we'll see how it holds up.

So you’re just going to live with the mirrored effect?

I has a toggle switch inline to make it mirrored or not mirrored.
